Item arrived faulty (not the sellers fault) and they allowed me to return for a full refund which was good. However, they only seem to check their messages once a day, and no matter how fast you reply you won't receive a response until the day after which is a little infuriating having a conversation one message per day. Especially in the middle of trying to arrange the return of an item.
